Pizza Crust

1 C warm water (about 115 degrees F)
1 Tb yeast
1 tsp sugar

Let sit a few mins to start yeast growing.

1 tsp salt
2 Tb oil
2 1/2 C flour


Sprinkle yeast over the water for a few min. Add other ingredients and
mix to make dough. Preheat oven to 425*. Top and cook in oven for 15 mins or until done.
(Makes enough for one large or two small pizzas.)
