This is the best cornbread. My whole family loves it! My kids eat it really good, too.


1 c flour
1 t salt
3 t baking powder
½ c sugar
½ c cornmeal
2 eggs
1 c milk
½ c butter, melted
3 T butter, melted in bottom of pan

Put everything in a bowl & mix briefly. Pour into 8” square pan with 3 T butter melted in bottom. Bake 425* 20-25 minutes.
