Spinach Salad
1 bag fresh spinach
1 pint sliced strawberries
3 kiwi, peeled & sliced
Dressing:
2 T olive oil
2 T raspberry preserves
2 T raspberry vinegar
Mix dressing with mini mixer or whisk. Pour over salad & toss…yummy!
