Chicken Divan

This is my favorite chicken divan recipe. It's really quick and easy and my family loves it!


2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (I like to cut them up really small)
1 bag frozen broccoli (I use florets and chop it to about the same size as the chicken)
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
fresh bread crumbs (about 4 slices of bread)
2 tbsp butter- melted

Cook chicken in large skillet. Once it's cooked add soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, curry powder, broccoli and salt. Heat through. Remove from heat and add cheese. Pour into 9x13 pan. Mix bread crumbs and melted butter together and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 425* for 25 minutes.
** This casserole is really yummy served over rice **
